Flashing CC2531: CC Debugger not found / Device Descriptor Request failed

Just recieved all required hardware (CC debugger, CC2531 USB sniffer and Downloader cable CC2531) but got some some problems flashing the sniffer.

I did it like described on flashing page:

CC Debugger LED is green, but on Windows 10 (64bit) it is an unknown USB Device with a device descriptor failure, on Windows 7 it also not worked and on linux I got: “CC Debugger device not found”.

Tried some fixes I found on google regarding power management for USB but nothing worked. But nothing helped.

I think the debugger or the sniffer has a problem, but can’t say which component. Hopefully someone can help me.

I use an old laptop with Linux (Ubuntu) and CC-Tool. This works even on a Macbook Pro with Ubuntu in Parallels.

Got another debugger.
This works without problems.
