PIR with Open Firmware?

Hello;

Reaching out to see if anyone knows of a PIR (with RTC) device manufacturer that leverages open source firmware (or willing to work with me to push proprietary firmware updates to their devices)? Develco has already told me to shove it and I am reluctant to manufacture my own PIR.

I have an application that requires a PIR to report timestamps in milliseconds. This has not been defined via standard ZCL and would require me to append a non-standard ZigBee Cluster to the device firmware to resolve timestamp (ms).

Any suggestions, referrals or possible alternatives would be greatly appreciated.
