Or maybe there is already supportive of the homie convention https://homieiot.github.io/specification , which I actually need ?

I am waiting for my USB-stick and I would also be interested in Homie convention (running OpenHAB).

You can create a custom homie extension, you can use the ha one as an example https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/blob/master/lib/extension/homeassistant.js
