First device running out of barriereis - won’t regain visibility

Hello! One of my Xiaomi cube devices has run out of batteries. I was monitoring the voltage and it must have run out of batteries when hitting 80%. I have just replaced the batteries and the device won’t reconnect. I’ve tried to find an answer using the search box above, and I did not find any. Could somebody please provide guidance here? Do I need to do a full repair?
