Philips Hue bulb reacts slower with Z2M than Hue bridge

I have tried to move 2 bulbs of the same type from the Philips Hue bridge to Zigbee2mqtt.
I have noticed quite a difference between these 2 in response time when turning on from Home Assistant.
On the bridge they both reacted equal fast and sometimes too with zigbee2mqtt but mostly not.
What can cause this?

I don’t have an answer to your question, but if you run a mosquitto_sub (or use another mqtt monitor) on your PC you can see exactly when the turn on message is sent by zigbee2mqtt, and therefore see whether the delay is in z2m sending the message, or somewhere else.
