Best practise to flash ConbeeII on Hassio?

I am using HA on PI4 with a Deconz ConbeeII. My question is what is the best practise flashing firmware of the stick? Do I stop zigbee2mqtt, start Phosconz and then flash the stack?

Is there a way to flash the stick otherwise?

I managed to figure it out:

• Since Home Assistant is installed on the PI4 (via Home Assistant OS) there is no direct way to access the stick. I used my Mac to install Parallels with Ubuntu Server
• I unplugged the Conbee from the USB extension cord, plugged it into the Mac, booted up Ubuntu and followed the instructions:

There is a command line tool from Dresden electronic called „gc_flasher“

You stop z2m, launch the flasher and then start z2m again after it’s complete.

If you run home assistant OS I’d suggest creating another SD card with raspbian and use that.
