Same problem here with several CC2530 router and CC2530/2591 router and IKEA On/Off Switch.
Any solution so far?
Since I’ve got several other devices that joined without any problems, it’s possible that this one device is faulty.
It seems odd though, that it starts pairing, but never completes, and z2m times out.
I have the same problem with the Aqara Vibration Sensors!
But I’ve got 5 of them.
Other aqara sensors like motion/illuminance work just fine.
You can see the other sensors are replying ok.
What can I do to make the vibration sensors work?

After updating to the latest z2m, unplugging and re-inserting the CC25301, it joined correctly.
