Problem when changing hassio from zigbee2mqtt-edge to zigbee2mqtt

Hi All,

I have been running the edge hassio addon for a while since the cc1352p was added a year or so ago.
I decided to change from edge to regular addon for stability but problem occurred.

what I did was:

  • stop the edge addon (1.13.1-dev)
  • install the latest z2m addon (
  • copy config from edge to normal z2m
  • BUT DIDNT SAVE :frowning: d’oh
  • started normal z2m which used the default config and connected to my cc1352p coordinator but then would not start properly due to the default config specifying a non existing mqtt server
  • I realised mistake and re-pasted the proper config
  • SAVED it this time
  • started z2m again.

Now I get error like this:

Is there any way I can recover the coordinator and the parings of my many devices?
I do have backups of the /share dir.

OK its solved :sweat_smile:
I reflashed the coordiantor and used the z2m dir from /share backup.
Family was not happy without smart functions in the home, but now all is good :slight_smile: Phew
