I just bought and installed CC2531 with external antenna and succesfully integrated it in HA. My issue comes with signal range, as usual. I have paired MI PLUG ZNCZ02LM and a Aqara motion sensor. The ZNCZ02LM is 5m from the CC2531 antenna and there’s no issue, but the Aquara motion sensor is around 8m and it has no signal. In theory ZNCZ02LM was supposed to work as a router, but it seems it’s not working as a router, can you tell me if it’s necessary to do “something” to make it work as a router?
